Many ways to complete your work. One place to submit it.
You can complete your weekly deliverables in your workbook, Notion, Google Docs, Word, or another format that works for you. This guide shows you how to get that work into your Google Drive submission folder.
Choose one option below or combine several. Include all the required parts from your weekly module and make sure your work is readable.

Start here: open your submission folder
- Open the shared Fellow Portfolios Google Drive using the program’s shared link. If you cannot find the link, ask your facilitator.
- Open the folder with your name.
- Open the deliverable folder named in your weekly module. If the instructions ask you to create it, select New → New folder, enter the deliverable name, and open it. If it already exists, use that folder.
For Week 2: Open your Offer & Positioning Kit folder. See Week 2 — Communicate & Convert Value for the required parts and deadline.
Option 1: Submit photos of your workbook
A good choice if you completed your work by hand.
- Take a photo of each completed page. Use good lighting and capture the whole page.
- Check that the writing is readable and the photos are upright.
- On your phone, open the Google Drive app and navigate to your submission folder. The shared folder may be under Shared or Shared with me.
- Tap + → Upload, choose your photos, and wait for the upload to finish. Labels may vary by device.
- Open the uploaded photos to check them. Give them clear names with numbers to show the order, such as Your Name — Week 2 — Workbook — 01.
Using a computer instead? Transfer the photos to your computer, open your submission folder in Google Drive, and select New → File upload. Choose the photos and upload them.
You can also use a scanner or your phone’s document-scanning feature to save several workbook pages as one PDF, then upload that PDF.
Option 2: Submit your Notion work as a PDF
A good choice if your completed responses are in Notion.
Export from Notion
- Open your completed Notion page.
- Select ••• → Export.
